But for that to happen you need him to be charged by law enforcement. The people who are incharge of charging people are on the team of the people we need charged. If he isn't guilty he will survive trial.

This is why I'm for a second parallel government with its own legislature, executive, and judicial, whose only jurisdiction is over those affiliated with the government. I would argue that it is better than our currently unenforcable constitution. Then we'd actually be able to pass new restrictions on government. And we'd be able to enforce the current ones. And you wouldn't have prosecutors that are buddy buddy or judges to grant them qualified immunity.
